The Role
This is a hands-on, field-based role that will see you working on sites throughout Southeast Queensland.
You’ll carry out inspections, testing and certifications of lifting and safety equipment to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.
No two days are the same — one day you’ll be inspecting lifting gear on a high-rise construction site, the next you may be working with cranes, rigging equipment, or other heavy machinery on an infrastructure project.
We provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to change careers with a growing and highly valued business.

About You
We’re looking for someone with a hands-on mindset who enjoys being out in the field and has great attention to detail. You may be a graduate, a tradesperson, or someone looking for a career change — what matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
You’ll bring:
- A practical, hands-on approach and you will need to be comfortable working on construction sites, working at heights and in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A current driver’s licence (essential)
- Previous experience within the construction industry will be a bonus

What you’ll be doing
- Assist in the workshop with preparation, repairs, and general duties
- Deliver lifting and safety equipment to clients across SEQ
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and customer service
What we’re looking for
- Current manual driver’s licence (essential)
- Ideally a MR Truck Licence & Forklift Licence – or willingness to obtain
- Reliable, hands-on, and a strong team player
- Physically capable and enjoys practical, varied work
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on safety
