What you’ll be doing
- Assist in the workshop with preparation, repairs, and general duties
- Deliver lifting and safety equipment to clients across SEQ
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and customer service
What we’re looking for
- Current manual driver’s licence (essential)
- Ideally a MR Truck Licence & Forklift Licence – or willingness to obtain
- Reliable, hands-on, and a strong team player
- Physically capable and enjoys practical, varied work
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on safety

About the Role
As a Customer Service & Administration, you’ll be responsible for:
- Attending to customer enquiries (over counter, phone & emails)
- Processing sales orders, purchase orders, invoices via MYOB Acumatica
- EFTPOS and receipting
- General administrative duties, including creating and updating records using Microsoft Office, accurate record keeping and filing
- Provide operations business support
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- Experienced in a client facing role (Experience within a trade related business will be HIGHLY REGARDED)
- Capable of supporting sales and accounts functions
- A reliable team player with strong initiative
- Willing to learn new procedures and processes
- Committed to providing exceptional customer service
- Effective time management skills, accompanied with great work ethic
- Competent with Microsoft Office
- Interested in learning (On Job training provided), familiar or have previous experience with MYOB or equivalent accounting/ inventory system

TRAINEE Lifting Safety Maintenance & Inspection Technician (Entry Level)

The Role
You’ll carry out inspections, testing and certifications of lifting and safety equipment to ensure compliance and safety standards are met. You will also carry out general maintenance and repairs to equipment both on site and in the factory.
No two days are the same — one day you’ll be inspecting lifting gear on a high-rise construction site, the next you may be working with cranes, rigging equipment, or other heavy machinery on an infrastructure project.
NOTE: This is a hands-on physical role requiring manually handling of lifting and safety equipment as well as climbing and working at heights. So you MUST be physically fit and enjoy working outdoors.
